Refund policy
We do not offer refunds. That is our policy, and this page is careful about what it claims, because a flat sentence about money never coming back would not be true everywhere and would not be ours to promise.

Who you are dealing with
The policy
We do not offer refunds on the subscription or on minutes bought on top of it.
Stripe is the seller of record for both. That means Stripe takes the money, Stripe issues the receipt, and Stripe handles any dispute about the charge. Stripe can decide to refund a payment at its own discretion, whatever this page says, and we would not describe the outcome of that as ours to promise.
So: we do not offer refunds. We are not telling you that money can never come back, because that is not a thing we control.
Why we think that is reasonable
Because you can try the whole product before paying anything. A new account gets 20 minutes of live session free, with no card, which is enough to see it working on a real conversation before you decide.
A no refunds policy with no way to try the thing first would be hostile. With one, the decision to pay is made after you have seen it work.
Rights you have anyway
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the law where you live.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service within a set period. A policy page cannot remove that right, and this one does not try to.
If you think that right applies to you, write to us and say so.
Cancelling
Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and it is always available.
Cancel whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription then stops renewing. Any minutes you bought on top of the plan stay on the account and do not expire.
